Mrs. Eleanor Birdwell Carter, age 84, of Lebanon, and formerly of The Pumpkintown Community, passed away, Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at her residence. Graveside services for Eleanor Carter are scheduled to be conducted on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 1 PM, from The Salt Lick Creek Cemetery with family speaking.

She is preceded in death by Husband, Dr. Oscar W. Carter; Parents, William B. and Cosette Driver Birdwell; Sister, Blake Birdwell Lazenby; and Step-Mother, Rosemary Birdwell.
