Elaine May Riker, age 83, of Gallatin, Tennessee, entered into her heavenly home on Sunday, July 19, 2026. Elaine was born April 7, 1943 in Norwich, NY to Archer & Ellen Byam. Elaine is survived by
her children, Sabrina Rosa of Gallatin, TN, Nevil (JoAnne) Riker of Portland TN, Lamonte (Donette) Riker of Queens, NY, Adriel Riker of Castalian Springs, TN, and Moriah (Yvonne) Riker of Dansville; Grandchildren, Jocelyn (Rosa) Snodgrass, Hannah Rosa, Matthew Rosa, Jordan Riker, Caleb Riker, Bruce Magnus Riker, Dominick Riker, Cameron Riker, Rhylee Riker, and Loghan Riker; Great-Grandchildren, Lily Snodgrass, Emmie Snodgrass, and Crimson Riker.
Elaine is also survived by siblings Lawrence (Jane) Byam of Brandon, MS and Althea (Byam) Fountain of Norwich, NY, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Elaine was preceded in death by her loving husband, Bruce Riker; Parents, Archer and Ellen Byam; Brothers, Everett Byam and Nathaniel Marks Byam; Sister, Alicia (Byam) Livingston; Son-in-law Tony Rosa; Grandson, Jacob Riker. Elaine enjoyed her time spent in strengthening her faith and raising chickens. There will be a graveside service for Elaine in Elmira, New York held at a later date.
Friends and Family will be serving as pallbearers.
