Edward “Ed” Charles Partain, age 75 of Gallatin, TN, passed away March 2, 2025.
Ed was born December 10, 1949 in Parma, Ohio. He is preceded in death by his parents Charles Edward and Ruby Lone Love, and his two brothers, Douglas and Bruce Partain.
He is survived by his daughter, Elisha Partain of Morris Chapel, TN; his son, Edward Partain II (and wife Vanessa) of Shinnston, WV; his grandson, Dustin Noah Partain of Morris Chapel, TN; his granddaughter, Isabella Partain of Shinnston, WV, and his nephew, Eric Partain.
Ed served in the U.S. Navy and was a proud veteran. He was a beloved fixture in the community of Gallatin, TN for 50 years, as a barber and owner of Partain’s Hair Design, providing haircuts and conversations to many.
He spent his time playing golf and tennis with those he knew in Gallatin, and surrounding cities.
