David Patrick Alvis, age 78, of Hendersonville, TN, passed away on October 4, 2024.
He was born August 2, 1946 to the late Jim Carvin and Betty Marie Duckworth Alvis in Indianapolis, IN.
He was a United States Army Veteran.
