David Lee Blankenship, age 48, of Portland, passed away in Hendersonville, TN on April 5th, 2025. Mr. Blankenship was born in Nashville, TN on October 5th, 1976 to David Webb Blankenship Jr. & the Late Belinda Lee Cowley-Blankenship.
Mr. Blankenship is survived by father, David Webb Blankenship Jr.; son, Levi Blankenship; sister, Beth (Bil) Freeman; nieces, Abby & Jessica Freeman; & uncle, Robert Blankenship.
Mr. Blankenship is being cremated and will have no services.
