Christopher Dale Hawkins, age 60 of Portland, passed away Monday, December 6, 2021.
Gathering of Friends will be Saturday, December 11th from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Family Heritage Funeral Home.

Mr. Hawkins was born April 8, 1961 in Gallatin.
He is preceded in death by father, Richard Hawkins.
He is survived by son, Nathan Hawkins (Molly Jones) of Brentwood; mother, Ruth McDougal Hay of Portland; brother, Mike Hawkins of Franklin, KY; sister, Debbie Gammon of Franklin, KY; nephews, Derek Hawkins and Kenny Gammon; nieces, Grace Hawkins, Susan Parks (Bobby), and Kathy Vandersloot (Doug); 9 great-nieces and nephews; and 2 great-great nieces and nephews.
