Brian Getty, age 81 of Castilian Springs, passed away September 27, 2024.
He was born in Liverpool England on November 8, 1942.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Hannah Getty, brother, Ken Getty, and wife June Getty.
Brian is survived by his step-children, Danny Sellars, Darryl Wesley Sellars, Pat Soey, Becky Wilson, and his partner and love of his life of 27 years, Beth Sellars, her children, Darryl Sellars and Meghan Sellars.
Brian was a typical Englishman, stiff upper lip and set in his ways, yet strong and loving. He made his living as a boilermaker until his retirement, and attended Longview Missionary Baptist Church.
