Brenda Lee Wallace, age 65, of Westmoreland, passed away on Saturday, May 10, 2025, in Gallatin, Tennessee.
A funeral service for Brenda will be conducted on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at 2 p.m. at Sellars Family Heritage in Westmoreland, with pastor Tim White officiating. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the service begins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to assist with the funeral expenses.
Brenda was born on July 27, 1959, in Scottsville, Kentucky, to the late Robert and Betty Carter.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by: her son, Michael Wayne Russell; her brother, Henry Carter; and granddaughter, Micah Jo Carter.
She is survived by: husband, David Wallace of Westmoreland; two children, Allen Carter of Westmoreland, D.J. Wallace of Westmoreland; a brother, Michael (Pat) Carter of Lafayette; two sisters, Del Carter of Scottsville, Kentucky, Peggy (Tim) Pedigo of Scottsville, Kentucky; daughter-in-law, Carol Atkins of Red Boiling Springs; seven grandchildren, Kendra Russell (Zack Ruttkofsky), Michael “Bubba” Russell, Arabella Carter, Sawyer Wallace, Silas Wirgau, Stella Wirgau, Jase Tate; three great-grandchildren, Maverick Ruttkofsky, Tobin Ruttkofsky and Kipp Ruttkofsky; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
