Billie Joe Moore, aged 84, of Gallatin TN, passed away peacefully in his home on January 22nd, 2023, from natural causes.

Billie was born in Gallatin to parents Billy and Earlene Moore.

He married Lois Anne More on June 30th, 1960, at Salem Church. The two would stay married until the passing of Mrs. Moore on October 26th, 2015. Billie Joe Moore was a graduate of White House High School. After graduating and serving Billie went on to work as a manager of Dairymen Inc. for 25 years and Moore Brothers Farm Equipment from 1995 to 2009.

In his free time, Billie liked to go hunting and fishing and had a love of race cars. Billie Joe Moore was also a member of the United States Army serving from 1961 to 1964.

Mr. Billie Joe Moore will continue to be loved and will be dearly missed. He is preceded in death by his parents Billy and Earlene Moore, and by his brother, Tim Moore. He is survived by his daughter, Lisa (Randy) Rogers; Grandchildren, Chris (Katie) Browner, Will Browner, and Dustin Huntsman; and one great-grandchild, Riley Faith Browner.

Billie is survived by his siblings, Jimmy (Linda) Moore, Ralph Moore, Kathy Hawkins, and Button Moore.

Pallbearers for the service include, Tony Browner, Derek Boze, Kasey Brazel, Chris Alexander, Lance Momberger, and Dickie Bradley. Honorary pallbearers are Jimmy Loper and Brownie Lemons

Alexander Funeral Home & Cremation Center. is to oversee all arrangements. A visitation is to be held Wednesday, January 25th, 2023, from 11 am until 8 pm. On Thursday, January 26th, 2023, a visitation will be held from 8 am until 10 am, with the funeral service for Mr. Moore beginning at 10 am.
