Benjamin Lee Henson McCloud, 39, passed away on July 5, 2026, in Gallatin, TN.
He is survived by loving children Madeline McCloud (Austin), and Logan McCloud, father Ernie McCloud (Sheila), mother Aleta Owen (Dewayne), siblings Lois Faulton (Mark), brothers Michael Henson, and Derek Owen (Megan), Jenna Owen Fox (Martin). Numerous nieces, nephews, and friends survive.
Ben is preceded in death by his grandparents, Patricia Riggsbee; Hilda Marie Creasy, William McCloud; sister Jennifer Nichole “Nickie” Wix, and step-mother Marcie “Mama Nell” McCloud.
Some of life’s best moments for Ben were spent fishing, enjoying the outdoors and the peace that came with it. Above all else, he treasured the time he shared with his family, who were the center of his life. His strength, endurance to never give up, and love for his family will be remembered by everyone who knew him.
A Celebration of Ben’s life will be held at a later date.
