Mrs. Arlene Olivia Parker Owens, age 88 of Portland, Tennessee passed away Saturday, July 20, 2024 at Terri Graves Residential Home in Portland, Tennessee.
She was born on July 7, 1936 in Sumner County, Tennessee to the late Leslie and Jennie Barber Parker.
In addition to her parents, Arlene was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Stanley Owens; daughter, Theresa Owens Springer; brothers, Ralph Parker and Glenn Parker.
She is survived by her two daughters, Linda (Glenn) Riggs and Sheila Cantrell; grandchildren, Bridget (Daniel Jr.) Bagshaw, Jeremy (Erin) Riggs, and Bryanna Cantrell; great-grandchildren, Sara Bagshaw, Alyssa Bagshaw, Daniel Bagshaw, III., Reese Riggs, and Reagan Riggs; brother, Roger (Gwen) Parker.
The family will have a private graveside service.
