Annie Pearl Kepley, 95 of Portland, TN, passed away Sunday, March 16, 2025 at Westmoreland Healthcare and Rehab Center in Westmoreland, TN. Mrs. Kepley was born November 30, 1929 to the late Joseph Odel Minnis and Cora Mae Johnson in Robertson County. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend to all she met. She was a devoted member of the Boiling Springs Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Along with her parents, Mrs. Kepley was preceded in death by her husband, Ollie Kepley; son, William “Bill” Kepley; grandson, John Allen Hall, and brother, Thomas “Tom” Minnis.
Mrs. Kepley is survived by her brother, James Minnis (Phyllis); daughter, Elaine Wakulsky; daughter in law, Elaine Kepley; grandchildren, Stacy Kepley (Anita), Tammy Elrod (Brian), 6 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral service for Mrs. Kepley will be on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at 1 p.m. at Wilkinson Wiseman Funeral Home with Bro. Chris Perdue and Bro. Clayton Hall officiating; visitation will be on Monday, March 17, 2025 from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. and on Tuesday from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. service time.
Following the funeral service, interment will be in Sherron Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be Mason Gunter, James Agee, Andrew Elrod, Matthew Elrod, Ronnie McMurtry, and Todd Kepley.
The family would like to give a special thanks to the nurses and staff at Westmoreland Healthcare and Rehab for the care that they have given her over the past couple of years.
