Ms. Agnes Johns Carter, age 82, of Lafayette, passed away, Saturday, November 15, 2025, at Macon Community Hospital.
Funeral services for Agnes Carter are scheduled to be conducted on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 1 PM, from The Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Brother Tony Day officiating. Interment will follow in The Eulia Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at the funeral home on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 from 4 PM until 8 PM, Wednesday, 8 AM until 8 PM, and on Thursday from 8 AM until service time at 1 PM.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Wilson and Alma Lorene Gulley Johns; and brother, Willie Eugene Johns.
