OBITUARY: Aaron Matthew Sanborn

On Saturday, May 31st, 2025, Aaron Sanborn, loving husband and father of three children, passed away at the age of 43.

Aaron was born in St. Albans, VT to Rod and Maryann Sanborn. He married his High School sweetheart Nicole and together they raised three sons, Elijah, Aiden and Liam.

Aaron had a passion for the holidays and movie scores and a well told story. He was also an incredibly talented musician, and he instilled that love of music into his boys. His eye for beauty and wonder left its mark on his home, on his family, on his friends and on his community at large. He was also an avid cinema lover and collector of memorabilia that peppers his home, creating magic in the everyday. He was known for his passion, his mischievous smile, and his kind and compassionate spirit.

Aaron is survived by his wife Nicole, his three children, Elijah, Aiden, and Liam, and his parents Rod and Maryann, as well as his sisters Sarah and Khloe, brother Jeremy and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, June 6th, 2025 at Unite Church, 1101 Stainback Ave, Nashville, Tennessee, from 3pm to 7pm with a Eulogy between 6pm and 7pm.
