Gallatin Police needs assistance in locating 15-year-old Azaria, a missing juvenile considered endangered due to a serious medical condition.
Azaria is a Type-1 insulin-dependent diabetic and uses an insulin pump.
She was last seen in the area of Walnut Crest Drive, after walking from 101 Walnut Crest with a friend.

- Last seen wearing light blue jeans, white shoes, a gray hoodie
- Hair in a high ponytail
- Carrying a black and white backpack (pictured below)
