From Hendersonville Police:
On January 2, 2023, Hendersonville Police received a report of a sexual assault.
Hendersonville Detectives submitted their evidence to the Sumner County Grand Jury and indictments were issues for 38-year-old James Fitzgerald for 6 Counts of Rape.
On February 23, 2023, James Fitzgerald was arrested by Hendersonville Detectives and transported to Sumner County Jail.
