November 25, 2024 – On November 19, 2024 around 5pm, the Hendersonville Police Department responded to the 100 block area of Maple Row Blvd on a report of a suspicious vehicle.
During the investigation, Hendersonville Police discovered 47-year-old Matthew Rollins of Nashville attempting to steal copper wire from a NES pole, valued at approximately $15,000.
Mr. Rollins was arrested and transported to the Sumner County Jail where he is currently confined with a $25,000 bond. Mr. Rollins is charged with Attempted Theft over $10,000 and Vandalism over $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on December 6, 2024, at 9am.
