Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee and the Cumberlands will be holding an open house from 4-6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 5, at the Gallatin Area Chamber of Commerce, 118 W Main St., Gallatin, TN 37066.
Mayor Brown is expected to be in attendance, and honorary awards will be presented to late Sumner County General Sessions Judge Mike Carter and David F. Brown, director of parks and recreation for the city of Gallatin.
Attorneys from Legal Aid Society will also be present to answer questions about the nonprofit’s free legal services for low-income Middle Tennessee residents.
