Holidayfest Announces New King and Queen for Holidayfest 2024-2025

Holidayfest is proud to announce the crowning of Wendy and Rick Navarro!

The previous King and Queen relinquished their crowns to them last month. Tim and Deborah Watson crowned to new King and Queen for Holidayfest 2024-2025.

Wendy and Rick Navarro owned the Navarro Group and they are business owners who have helped Holidayfest from when they got into town. Over the past 19 years, Holidayfest has given over 3 million dollars to over 200 local nonprofit agencies serving children, youth, seniors and families with children.

HolidayFest’s primary goal is to raise the maximum amount of money for the nonprofit agencies while bringing back the magic for special evenings to benefit charities of Sumner County. July 18th will be our first event to induce the King and Queen and our Honorary Chair and our charities at 1St National Bank on Cinema Dr. Hendersonville at 5:30pm

Irlene Mandrell will be our Honorary Chair this year. She will be shooting a commercial for Holidayfest events to run on Fox 17, TV My30 and Comcast and riding in the Parade on Dec. 8th “Candy Canes and Christmas Carols”

HolidayFest is bringing back the magic to the county through creative, imaginative, delightful and original ways while providing the maximum amount of funds to go back to the non-profit agencies who endured major budget cuts and loss during the pandemic, while facing increased requests for their services.
