Night at the Museum makes its highly anticipated return at the Sumner County Museum on February 7, 2026, offering guests four unique tour times to experience history like never before.

Join the Sumner County Museum for an evening where history truly comes alive.

Throughout the galleries, over a dozen costumed interpreters will bring exhibits to life, sharing fascinating stories and unique insights into Sumner County’s past.

Hear the gripping story of a POW’s daring escape from a German prison camp, listen to the adventures of a frontier fur trader, meet Miss Tennessee, swap stories of moonshine and mountains while sampling the museum’s moonshiner’s newest batch, hear heroic tales of battling blazes on Main St., and visit with a pharmacist to explore the world of vintage medicine!

Following a sold-out event in 2023, 2024, and 2025, this event will be Feb. 7, 2026, with four tour times to choose from:

Tours will be at 4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 6:30, and 7:30 p.m. Limited spots available for each. Each ticket includes a snack and a beverage.
