Hendersonville Police Looking for Multiple Shoplifting Suspects

Over recent months we have received multiple shoplifting complaints from local businesses where a group of subjects were stealing large quantities of items from the store.

On 8-25-22 over $1,000 worth of merchandise was stolen from Carter’s and Bath and Body Works. On 9-17-22 over $3,000 worth of merchandise was stolen from Victoria’s Secret. On 9-26-22 over $1,000 worth of merchandise was stolen and on 9-28- 22 over $3,000 worth of merchandise was stolen from Victoria’s Secret.

Officers compiled information from each of the incidents with information from some of their contacts at various retail stores throughout the Nashville area and were able to identify the subjects involved.

Warrants were obtained on all the subjects for the theft incidents. Subjects involved were identified as Roneshia Fletcher (25), Terrell Matthews (32), Kadijah Majok (24), and Julia Majok (21).

Fletcher was located and taken into custody on 9-30-22 and transported to Sumner County Jail awaiting court in General Sessions.

Evidence was located showing that Fletcher and likely the others in her group had been participating in shoplifting incidents at numerous locations throughout the Nashville area.

Matthews was discovered to have been arrested on a previous date by Metro Nashville Police Department on other charges. A hold from Sumner County was placed pending his release from Davidson County.

Warrants are active and police are currently looking for Kadijah and Julie Majok. Anyone with information concerning their whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Hendersonville Police Department with the information.

Charges are as follows:

  • Fletcher – 3 Counts Shoplifting over $1,000 and 2 Counts Shoplifting over $2,500
  • Matthews – 2 Counts Shoplifting over $1,000
  • Kadijah Majok – 3 Counts Shoplifting over $1,000 and 2 Counts Shoplifting over $2,500
  • Julia Majok – 1 Count Shoplifting over $1,000, and 1 Count Shoplifting over $2,500
