The City of Hendersonville, TN is honoring three standout employees for their dedication and contributions over the past three months.
Deputy Fire Marshal Chris Willyard was named August Employee of the Month. Fire Chief Scotty Bush praised Willyard for taking on numerous roles beyond his primary duties, including fire education and career days at local schools, and highlighted his willingness to step up wherever needed.
September’s honoree, Katie Curtis, was recognized for her invaluable work supporting multiple departments. Parks and Recreation Director Andy Gilley noted her efforts in maximizing the city’s insurance claims with PEP and FEMA, calling her contributions over the past year exceptional.
Andy McFarlin earned the October Employee of the Month award. His supervisors praised him as an outstanding employee and a tremendous asset, noting his proactive approach to maintaining city facilities.
City leaders expressed gratitude for the hard work and commitment these employees bring to serving the Hendersonville community.
