Habitat for Humanity of Sumner County is now accepting applications for The Hudson, a new affordable housing development planned in Gallatin.
The pocket neighborhood will feature six homes for qualifying families in Sumner County. Selected homeowners will partner with Habitat by completing sweat equity hours alongside volunteers as they work toward homeownership.
The project is being developed in partnership with Publix Super Markets Charities.
Community members who want to support the development will have opportunities to volunteer during construction in the coming months or make donations to help fund the project.
