Gallatin CARES will celebrate being debt free and all of their accomplishments with a special event on Tuesday, October 25 at 10am.

The publish is invited to attend.

SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS 2022:

  • Provided over 300 families, suffering from material loss, clothing, furniture, household goods, and basic necessities in our Thrift Store.
  • Thousands more purchased these items at thrift prices.
  • Served over 20,000 people, represented by 7000 families in our Food Pantry. They received perishables, non-perishables, meat, dairy, eggs, and fresh produce at our weekly food distribution.
  • Assisted 25 families in our Shelter Protection program. These were families that were at risk of losing the stability of their shelter status.

“We provide temporary and emergency relief to families that are suffering from a recent traumatic event or face a situation that prohibits them from “chinning the bar.”

We can now deploy funds that were being used for mortgage debt directly to our programs,” said Blake Parks, Executive Director.

Gallatin CARES is located at 330 North Durham Avenue, Gallatin.
