Gallatin Animal Control officers rescued four baby hawks on Tuesday after receiving a call for help.

While the department is often dispatched to handle dogs and cats, officers are trained to assist all animals in need. The young hawks were safely recovered and are now on their way to Walden’s Puddle, a local wildlife rehabilitation center, for care and recovery.

Gallatin Police praised the compassion and dedication of their team, noting that whether it’s fur, feathers, or four legs, every animal matters.
