Five Sumner County Students Ace the ACT

Five Sumner County students earned a perfect 36 on the ACT, the highest possible score, achieved by fewer than half of 1% of students.

Sumner County Schools is proud to congratulate the following:

  • Grant Seger, Hendersonville High School Senior
  • Hayden Martin, Liberty Creek High School Senior
  • Alyssa Maddern, Merrol Hyde Magnet Senior
  • Josiah Vinson, Merrol Hyde Magnet Senior

These five students are a perfect example of that readiness in action,” Dr. Scott Langford, Director of Sumner County Schools said. “They have earned a prestigious honor for themselves and their schools, and we are thrilled to celebrate their achievements.
