Gallatin Police say eight juveniles have been arrested following a series of incidents tied to the so-called “Junior/Senior Wars.”
Investigators report that many of the cases involved groups of juveniles dressed in black and wearing masks while targeting homes. Police noted that these actions went beyond traditional school rivalry pranks like toilet papering and escalated into more serious offenses.
Officials emphasized that while they understand the tradition, the safety of the community comes first. They are urging parents to speak with their children about the consequences, which can include criminal charges.
Police also expressed concern that juveniles could be harmed if residents mistake them for intruders.
