Bald Eagle Found Near Construction Site in Sumner Co.

On Friday, Oct. 20, an injured Bald Eagle was found near the construction site of Liberty Creek Middle School.

Sumner County deputies responded and contacted Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency, who rescued the eagle.

The eagle was then transported to a rehab facility where it will stay until it can be released back to its habitat.
