Attie Lee Hughes, age 95 of Gallatin, TN, passed away June 24, 2021. Mrs. Hughes was born January 11, 1926 in Bethpage, TN. She is preceded in death by her parents, Loyd Earl and Bessie Lee Tuttle Roberson; husband, Charlie R. Hughes, and brother, Henry Roberson. She is survived by daughters, Wanda Baucom (Jimmy) of Springfield, TN and Barbara Jo “Sandy” Kent of Gallatin, TN; grandchildren, Tony Baucom. Angela Fitts, Jim Kent, and Kris Kent; several great-grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 28th from the chapel of Alexander Funeral Home & Cremation Center. Interment will follow in Sumner Memorial Gardens with Jim Kent, Kris Kent, Jimmy Baucom, Wendell Tuttle, Dale Tuttle, and John Lauderdale serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be Sunday, June 27th from 1:00-4:00 p.m. and Monday, June 28th from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
