Authorities responded Monday to a reported accidental shooting at the Walmart in White House, according to Smokey Barn News.
The incident happened in the parking lot of the store on Wilkinson Lane. According to authorities, a man told officers the firearm discharged as he was getting into his vehicle.
Medical personnel treated the man at the scene for a gunshot wound to his hand.
No further injuries were reported.
